For those who are relocating to Deakin University from interstate or overseas to pursue their studies, there is a relocation allowance ranging from $500 to $1,500. This support understands the difficulties of relocating, whether you’re a solo student or moving with your family, and intends to make the transition smoother.

International students, especially, get a Single Overseas Student Health Cover for their entire student visa period, ensuring they have access to crucial healthcare services.

The length of these scholarships is contingent upon the specific degree being pursued. Doctoral candidates receive living allowances for three years, covering tuition fees for four years. Research Master’s Degree students get stipends for two years, matching the tuition fee timeframe.

Application Process:

Students currently enrolled in HDR programs have the chance to apply for an RTP or DUPRS Stipend, evaluated by the Faculty/Institute. However, those who’ve finished over three years of their doctoral program or two years of their master’s program (or the part-time equivalent) cannot apply.
