National, International PhD Students in the fields of Arts and Humanities can now apply for The AHRC WRoCAH Scholarships at the University of York, United Kingdom. 

The successful candidates who complete the scholarship program will receive tuition for the doctoral program undertaken and will have continued admission to the PhD training program.

Eligibility Criteria:

The nominees are required to submit an application to the WRoCAH Contest and to register at the University of York. 

How to apply:

Requests for acceptance must be submitted through the university admissions website. Scholarship application information can be found at the WroCAH official website (below). 

The following documents must be submitted to the university by students: a transcript, two references, a research proposal, written work samples, a personal statement, a CV, and proof of financial support. 

Admission Requirements: 

Participants must demonstrate appropriate credentials, usually a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in a pertinent subject area. 

The following language test results are required for students: 

IELTS: Academic and Indicate, PTE Academic, CAE, CPE, TOEFL IBT with both Internet-based and specialty home versions of the tests and the TOEFL MyBest score will not be recognized as a requirement for the English language proficiency test, Trinity ISE, Duolingo, and a LanguageCert.
