The Ph.D. program of the university offers candidates full-time and part-time research opportunities in a large variety of business and management subject areas. Eligibility Criteria:

To be qualified for this scholarship student must first apply for their PhD as normal, to do so they need to fulfill one of these requirements:

  • A good honors UK Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • A Master’s degree in Management or related subjects with a minimum of 60% or equivalent.
  • A professional qualification of degree standard.
  • After applying for their Ph.D., they need to mention that they want to apply for the white rose.
  • doctoral training partnership award in the funding section.
  • Students need to apply before the deadline which is the 27 January 2021.

Scholarship value:

Chosen candidates will be granted a scholarship that will cover full home tuition fees; and a monthly stipend at the uk research and innovation rate which means £15,285 per year in the academic year 2020/2021, as well as a research training support grant of £2000 to cover different expenses including travel and fieldwork.

How to apply

For being part of the program, applicants must enroll in the Ph.D. Degree program at the university.

Applicants also need to submit the academic transcripts of all the previous schools attended a copy of passport and other supporting documents.

To be admitted students need to get an overall score of at least 80, and tests result not less than 17 in writing, 18 in reading, 17 in listening, and 20 in speaking if you want a tier 4 visa.

If English is not their first language, they need a minimum standard entry of 6.0 IELTS (with subtests not lower than 5.5).
